Just a quick post to dump noncritical data from the memory core.

this afternoon we're going to Mike Carney's Toyota to look at purchasing this little second hand Holden Barina - or failing that, a new Echo. We'll see what happens.
On the weekend I got an email out of the blue from Amanda, from whom I haven't heard anything for .. four or five years, at least. Just saying hi. That was nice.
Today I'm going to have to have a 'chat' with my assistant sysadmin, about making major system changes without letting me know, and about coming in to the office before midday, and little things like that. I'm also going to try to get myself a bloody key to the office (finally).

Now I have to get (back?) to work. So much to do, and I have my first lecture of the semester today too. Woohoo...

4:27pm Forgot to mention this morning, Shell made me breakfast in bed. :o) Sausages, fried egg, toast, bubble & squeak, orange juice... :o) I love my Shelly.
