I got a tooth pulled today. They call it "dental surgery," so that makes it my first ever surgical procedure. (Being born doesn't count.) It was alright. I have a slight headache now, but that's as much from the two fillings I also got. My reputation with anaesthetics still holds — the dentist chappy ended up giving me more than he'd normally give anyone usually, and I still felt it. But it definitely took the edge off.

Then my darling, thoughtful wife ordered pizza for dinner.

I ate it anyway.
